In the unlikely even you have and issue with your order received please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team support@bedsale.com include as much detail as possible & photos if appropriate. The friendly staff will look at the best way to resolve the issue for you. Depending on circumstance we may be able to arrange replacement parts or products, a partial refund, or full refund.

If you change your mind about a purchase you have 30 days from receipt to notify us by email and return the goods to us at the following address:-

The cost of returning the goods is entirely at the expense of the buyer, we may assist in arranging a collection of the item but this cost remains with the buyer.

The goods must be returned undamaged and in a saleable state.

A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns.

For unwanted goods and cancelled items there will be a charge for sending and returning postage costs aswell as a restock fee.

For change of address after the order has been placed, we will charge a fee.
For missed diary bookings we will have to charge a fee.
